This comprehensive course is designed for maintenance professionals at all levels and focuses on equipping participants with essential customer service skills to enhance their interactions with co-workers and residents, improve overall satisfaction, and foster long-term resident retention.

Participants will learn how to build professional habits that lead to greater efficiency, improve customer service through effective communication, and implement strategies for retaining residents by addressing their needs proactively. The course will also focus on reducing negative reviews by resolving issues swiftly and professionally, resolving conflicts in a calm and structured manner, and improving processes to streamline workflows.

By the end of the course, attendees will also gain valuable insights into reducing stress in a demanding work environment and communicating clearly to ensure both residents and team members are well-informed and satisfied.

Led by Dwayne Rawls, a seasoned professional with 30 years of industry experience, the event will focus on practical strategies to build professional habits, resolve conflicts, and streamline processes while minimizing stress. This practical training is ideal for those looking to enhance their customer service skills while building a more effective and organized approach to maintenance work.
