AAGM has once again partnered with HD Supply to provide FREE Maintenance classes to our members! Participants who attend this class will learn about:

• Walking the Make Ready
• Accountability & Documentation
• Organizing the Make Ready process
• Scheduling Contractors
• Timely completion of Make Readies
• Final Inspection and follow up of the Move In
